Job description

As Sourcing Manager at Altia Sweden you are accountable in an international business environment for own sub-category in raw material sourcing team as to negotiate bulk wine prices and availabilities but also to develop them further. On top of this the position requires that you proactively seeks for and develops new wines for defined new and existing brands and for proactive plans with objective to achieve new listings in the Nordics.

Who are you?

You have a university business degree or similar university degree and have several years of experience from direct/in-direct sourcing at international level. You have great skills in winemaking, enology, chemistry or microbiology You have skills in blending wines, winemaking or enology and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. As a person, you are strong, self-confident, ambitious and able to work under pressure. Since the position requires regular contact to suppliers, buyers at monopolies and various parts of the value chain, it is very important that you also have good social and communicative skills.
