We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sourcing Manager to join Altia. The primary responsibility of the position is to manage bulk wines as member of the wine sourcing team.

The key responsibilities include:

• Negotiating supplier agreements for bulk wine prices and availability.

• Proactively seeking for new wines for new and existing brands.

• Proactively working towards achieving new listings in the Nordics.

• Developing the wine category sourcing further.

• Developing profitable collaboration and partnership with the wine suppliers.

• Executing the category strategy.

• Providing market information for Altia Supply Chain and Brands organizations.

The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of wines and winemaking. Other key criteria for the candidate include:

• Several years of experience from direct/in-direct sourcing in an international environment.

• Good communication skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Competences in enology, chemistry or microbiology are an extra asset.

• University or similar degree.

• As a person you are strong, ambitious and able to work under pressure.

The location of the position is Helsinki, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden. The position will require travelling.
